Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarah Poursh Designs, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products. This policy applies to:

• Custom Jewelry
• Ready-to-Wear Jewelry Collection
• Metals (fabricated, cut, annealed, or otherwise)
• Loose Gems or Diamonds® with Reports
• Tools, Supplies, and Packaging

Because of the customized nature of our work, the uniqueness of each piece, and the integrity of our materials, all sales are final.

Important Note: We do not customize silver jewelry. Customization is available exclusively in Gold, White Gold, and Platinum.
